Preschool Ministry (Birth - K)

It is amazing to watch young children soak up God’s love for them as they learn together through Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights at West Jackson.

Our weekly ministry to preschoolers involves opportunities for them to play, sing, explore, create, taste, and read. Preschoolers at West Jackson learn all about God’s love, God’s world, and God’s Word from teachers and volunteers who are committed to helping them in their earliest steps of faith.

Check-in Each Week @ The Preschool Place

Preschool Ministry happens at our Preschool Place, next to the South Entrance (Courts). Parents can check their children into our preschool wing each week and pick them up after weekly worship or activities.

Our Preschool Ministry Team

Our children's ministry is led by Pastor Rich Smith. Rich’s top priority, other than his relationship with Jesus is his family. He has been married to his wife Paige for more than 20 years, and they have four incredible children: Allie, Addison, Alexis, and Max. Rich has served in the local church for over twenty years including working with children, students, and adults. However, his passion is to serve in children’s ministry. His goal is to create a fun and compelling environment for children to come learn about God and interact with his people. He believes that the truth of God’s word is relevant and powerful for the lives of children.

2019 Preschool Ministry Team:
